In the mapping phase, we summarise and structure what we’ve heard and experienced.

Planning.

We’ve collected many ideas, found many possibilities, but we can’t do everything. During planning, we identify low-hanging fruits and form mini-projects what would be good soil for further projects.

To keep the first projects small is crucial. This way, we can start to work and deliver results quickly, without endless budget planning and project approvals.

Doing is the fun part. Since we’ve carefully chosen the project in the previous step, there’s nothing left behind than deliver a high-impact/low-cost result and impress everyone in the organisation from top to bottom. Deliver at Lightspeed.
